Though on paper, the Sanctum Inlustris is a place to worship the various deities that shaped Astrae, the vampiric keeper of the Sanctum has been known to run his own business from within its walls- one that peddles in fortunes and curiosities. The only catch- Lo-Fi does not deal in Lux like a shopkeeper.
