Textured Horns

Textured horns aren't smooth, and have a visible texture to them. This is most commonly seen as a spiraling pattern, but can manifest in other ways. This trait does not allow for raised surfaces so large that they would be considered an entire branch off of the horn.

Uni horns manifest as a horn in the center of an Astranata's forehead. It is almost always seen as a single centered horn, but can also appear as two horns in the center of the forehead- one right above the other.

Dull horns have no sharp points, and instead have blunt, rounded tips.

Curly Fur

Long tails, like the name implies, are just noticeably very long tails. A good rule of thumb is that if the tail is longer than an Astranata's body from shoulder to rump, that's definitely long!

Loop tails curl back in over themselves once, forming almost a circle.

Tufted Tail (Basic)

Tufted tails have a noticeable puff of longer fur at the very tip, much like a lion's tail.

Banner tails have a few extra-long tufts of stiff fur that stick up and away from the rest of the tail, making them appear almost decorated.

The Snowshoe trait gives Astranata an extra toe on each foot, making their feet wider and a bit better for walking across powder snow without falling through.

Although they do dilate into huge circles when in the dark, slit pupils are usually just that- slits. Astranata with these pupils have much better vision in dark places, such as in caves or underground.

These sensory structures look almost like thick, fleshy whiskers. They are typically seen around an Astranata's mouth or snout, but may appear just above an Astranata's eyes as well.
